Please find below an example timetable of learning, useful websites and activity grids for each year group. Further versions of the activity grids will be added every few weeks.

Useful life skills

Your child could complete a first aid course for free. This website has many courses including Basic First Aid, Advanced First Aid and Pediatric First Aid. It may be useful to complete a course as a family and have a discussion. http://www.firstaidforfree.com.

Example Daily Timetable for Home-Learning

Before 9am – Wake up (have breakfast, brush your teeth, get dressed, make your bed and tidy your bedroom).

9am – 10am – Exercise Time (have a walk, complete Joe Wick’s PE lesson, ride your bike etc.)

10am – 11am – Study Time (complete a reading/writing/maths activity)

11am – 12pm – Creative Time (colour, draw, paint, build with lego etc.)

12pm – 1pm – Lunch and relaxation time (read, watch TV, play a game etc.)

1:00pm -2:00pm – Study Time (complete a reading/writing/maths activity).

2:00pm – 3:00pm – Exercise Time (have a walk, complete Joe Wick’s PE lesson, ride your bike etc.)

3:00pm – 4:00pm – Study Time (complete a reading/writing/maths activity)

5:00pm – 6:00pm – Creative Time (colour, draw, paint, build with lego etc.)
