Learning tasks for children in self-isolation can be found in the ‘Curriculum by Year Group’ section of this website.

Following the announcement by the Prime Minister, we expect to receive further details from the DFE on how we should accept more pupils into school safely. We will notify you when these plans are confirmed. School arrangements will remain as they have been in previous weeks.

Welcome

Dear Visitors,

As the Head teacher of Oxbridge Lane Primary School, I would like to welcome you to our website.

Here you will find lots of information about our school and the many exciting activities we do. Please visit this site on a regular basis as there will be new items frequently added.

At Oxbridge Lane, there is a very friendly atmosphere and a caring ethos that pervades all aspects of school life. We work hard to get right that difficult balance between offering an inclusive, stimulating and enriched curriculum, whilst ensuring academic success. We believe that every child is entitled to a successful education, which enables them to fulfil their potential through the enjoyment of learning. We promote our pupils’ confidence and self-esteem alongside respect for others, giving them an awareness of our diverse world. We also help our children to develop the skills they will need to take their place as active citizens in a multi-cultural society. Our school population is a reflection of the rich diversity of the community in which we serve. We believe this makes our school a vibrant, exciting and special place to be.

Our school is an open one, where we are keen to see and hear from parents. Please feel free to raise any concerns or queries with your child’s class teacher, myself or the office staff, who can put you in contact with the right person. It is by working together that we can make a difference to the lives of the children here at Oxbridge Lane Primary School.

Mrs A Blackburn  (Headteacher)
